What the Alomar Apply extension does

Alomar Marketing LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, operates Alomar Apply.

Single purpose

Alomar Apply assists user-directed job applications on supported Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs, and Google Careers pages. After you start a workflow, it can read visible job and application fields, use saved profile answers, fill supported fields, advance supported steps, and record application progress. It is not a general browsing, advertising, or data-collection extension.

Before you install or start

The extension works in desktop Google Chrome. You must be at least 18 and accept the current Terms and Privacy Policy. Review Mode stops before the final submission. If you affirmatively enable Auto-Submit for a workflow, you authorize the extension to click the final submit control after supported checks. You can pause a workflow. Unknown required questions, CAPTCHA, identity checks, and unsupported external employer applications require you or are skipped.

Indeed, LinkedIn, Google, and employers are independent. Their rules may restrict automation, and they may limit or take action on an account. You are responsible for truthful answers, reviewing applications, and deciding whether use is permitted.

Data the extension handles

• Account and license: name, email, account identifier, plan, consent version, access status, and usage allowance.
• Application content: job URLs, employer, title, location, description, visible form questions, saved answers, resume selections, steps, status, and confirmation evidence.
• Supported-page activity: only the page state and interactions needed to provide the user-facing application workflow.
• Local settings: profile defaults, answer memory, application history, notification choices, workflow state, and optional provider credentials you enter.
• Diagnostics: extension version, run reference, supported URL, phase, step, timestamps, and errors. Review an export before sharing it.

Payment-card information is entered on Stripe-hosted or Stripe-powered checkout and is not read or stored by the extension. When your membership is connected, the extension can sync account, license, consent, usage, selected profile settings, and limited diagnostics with Alomar Apply. Optional OpenAI and ScreenshotOne features send relevant content directly to those providers only after you enable the feature and add credentials.

Permissions and site access

• storage: save your settings, consent, profile memory, workflow state, and history.
• activeTab and scripting: identify and coordinate the supported page you deliberately start from.
• alarms: schedule workflow checks and cooldowns.
• notifications: show progress or account alerts only for choices you enable.
• Site access: Alomar Apply account pages; Indeed application pages; LinkedIn Jobs pages; Google Careers application pages; and optional OpenAI/ScreenshotOne endpoints for features you enable.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Alomar Apply does not sell extension user data, use it for personalized advertising, transfer it to data brokers, or use it to determine creditworthiness. Human access is limited to information you deliberately share with support, actions needed for security or abuse investigation, or access required by law. Data is used only to provide, secure, support, and improve the disclosed application-assistance purpose.

Your controls

You can use Review Mode, decline Auto-Submit, pause runs, edit sensitive answers, opt in or out of notifications, disconnect membership, remove provider keys, clear local Chrome storage, uninstall the extension, and request account access, correction, deletion, or appeal by emailing support@alomarmarketing.com.
