How to save truthful application answers in Alomar Apply

Saved answers reduce repeated typing when the question and your answer actually match. Review each value yourself and keep unknown qualifications out of the profile.

Start with contact details

Open My answers or the profile editor offered by your installed build. Enter your own name and a phone number in the format the editor requests. If an application contact email is available, use an address you can access. Check which connected account owns the saved profile before saving.

Keep eligibility questions separate

Read authorization, sponsorship, age, commute and relocation questions individually. Different questions can have different answers even when they appear next to each other. Do not save a generic “yes” rule for everything. If an answer depends on an employer's location or wording, leave it for your review.

Use skill-specific experience

General experience is not a substitute for experience with a particular tool. Save a skill-specific answer only when you can explain the years or work behind it. Avoid converting job-description requirements into claimed qualifications. Exact saved wording is especially useful when an employer offers radio or dropdown choices.

Pause before changing a running application

Pause the workflow, edit the relevant saved values, review them and save. Check the current application after resuming: a value already present in the form may need your review. In builds with LinkedIn phone preferences, read whether the setting uses your saved number or keeps a valid number already on the form. This setting concerns applications; it does not change your LinkedIn profile.

Confirm and review

Use the editor's confirmation and save controls after checking the details. If Start reports that confirmed answers are missing, return to that editor and read the readiness message. Do not bypass the check. Private answers belong in your profile or the employer form, not in screenshots, public bug reports or shared tracking sheets.

Continue with the first-application checklist after saving. For uploads, use the resume preparation guide.
